Many of the meditation techniques require one to sit still and silent. But the tune in which we live every day and stress that accumulate hinder that maybe we can achieve that false.
The Active Meditations were created by Osho, the well-known spiritual master Hindu, dedicated to teaching to address since different angles the issue of the development of human consciousness, to reach the degree known (in many traditions) of the lighting.
What we are trying to them, is that consciously express and experience emotions and feelings often repressed, and to learn and implement the art of observe our standards of conduct daily in a new way.
These meditations may be accompanied by breathing exercises and body. This will help us to change our axes.
