In the day of yesterday we can say that ended the “holiday period” and with it the excuses for our health is a disorder. It is time to begin to incorporate healthy habits into our lives and what is best to do step by step.
Incorporate new habits and change our behavior can be a long process that requires much willingness and efforts to achieve healthy life that both long.
To adapt to live on a more positive way we have no why be radical and change of a moment to another, but that this change may be gradual and transform the “great strides” in “micro-steps”.
Plans what are the areas of your life that you want to change and defines what the habits now incorporate. For example, if your goal is to run 5 kilometers per day, it is easier to begin to walk every day, then to run 1km and 4km walk, to the following week running 2km and 3km walk and go gradually increasing to your body to adjust and become a routine.
Once you have the routine the habit is established, and so you can do with all aspects of your life, your food, your health, your profession, you’re social relations and everything you can imagine and want better little by little. Read the rest of this entry »
