More drink water every day

The water comprises two thirds of the mass of the body. This is the most necessary element for the survival of the air.

The water is required for the elimination of toxins and trash by the digestive system, lymphatic system, liver, kidneys, and sweat glands. Also promotes the metabolism, provides oxygen to cells, and filled spaces within and between cells for a healthy skin and muscles toned.
